Hi I'm Brooke. I am a Mum, a First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Qualified Practitioner, Registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, and I have a Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology, and I am trauma informed.

I have a special interest in natural and holistic medicine and focus

on the mind-body and body-mind connection and the psycho-spiritual aspects of health and wellbeing. I am passionate about self-improvement and self-empowerment and believe every person has the ability to grow, transform, heal and evolve, and to thrive and live a joy-filled life.

I believe having our inner mental, emotional, and spiritual rhythms balanced and in flow with our natural state of being is medicine and essential to living a healthy, happy, and meaningful life.

I believe that addressing psycho-spiritual stressors, trauma, and energetic sensitivities is key to creating a calm, centred, and balanced nervous system and that a healthy and regulated nervous system is vital for the wellbeing of body, mind and soul.
